Studying For Step 2 In 2 Weeks
I scored a 281.
Studying for step 2 in 2 weeks. As a result i didn t reset repeat uworld. I knew i had to make my step 2 ck score count. Between going on 18 interviews i basically studied for like 2 weeks followed by 2 weeks packed with interviews and then 3 5 days of free time before the exam. Instead i used the kaplan qbank for interpretation practice.
I did 4 weeks of my study prep during an emergency medicine rotation which had a lot of days off. I had completed uworld before my dedicated study period. Four weeks after my test day i received my results and i was shocked. I studied 2 weeks allowed myself 2 5 weeks but couldn t get motivated so probably my serious study days added up to just under 2 weeks.
But anywhere from 4 6 weeks of light or uninterrupted time should be more than enough. Feel free to ask me anything dedicated. As a result my 3 weeks of step 2 ck studying was plenty. If you take my approach be realistic about how much time you can devote to your rotation and step 2 studying.
6 weeks but i was also studying for ck during my final clerkship since it was online primary sources. I got a 261 on step 1. Got 230s same as my step 1 score. I completed 40 80 questions day.
Pushed back step 2 until after subi s so took it in like early december. I want to help out anyone in a similar situation as i was last year feeling defeated by their step 1 score and hoping to redeem themselves on step 2.
